Seeking a proven software support engineer to support and manage a large business applicaiton having Contract lifecycle (CLM), Recruitment(ATS), HR Payroll and Billing functions.
Responsibilities
- Proen skills in BRD, SRS and delviery lifecycle of software applicaiton
- Excellent communications skills and ability to write user manusls and conduct training
- Coordinate with software development team to get the customization complete
- Perform internal testing and UAT Testing before moving the software to production
- Monitor day to day applcation adoption and performance
- Positive exposure to writing complex SQL queries and java script to implement validations and to write contract scripts
- Having time flexibility to respond to customer critical support needs
Qualifications
- An Engineering degree with excellent communicatioon skills
- 4+ Years in software appliction delivery and support
- 100% work from office role at KR Road, Bengaluru (Must be ready to relocate to nearby places)
- Ready to travel across India and abroad when needed
