Role: Network Engineer L3

Experience: 7+ yrs

Location: Korba , Chhatisgarh

The resource should possess strong expertise in enterprise network infrastructure, security, and team management, as the role is critical for supporting BALCO's IT operations and upcoming infrastructure initiatives.

Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of network switching, routing, and firewalls (mainly Cisco, Fortigate, Sophos, etc.).
- Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, and VoIP.
- Solid knowledge of configuration and hardening of switches, firewalls, routers, and other infrastructure devices.
- Knowledge of CUCM (Cisco Unified Call Manager) and management of IP phones.
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting.
- Experience in leading L1/L2 team members, liaising with service providers and outsourced partners, ensuring timely issue resolution within SLA, and prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
- Experience in designing, preparing BOM (Bill of Materials), and implementing new infrastructure requirements.




- Monitoring day-to-day operational tasks.
- Knowledge of CCTV infrastructure, Video Analytics, and VMS.
- Knowledge of biometric systems and face recognition readers.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity aspects related to network infrastructure and equipment.

Qualification & Other Requirements

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Network Administration.
