Minimum
2+ years
of relevant hands-on Fircosoft development experience.
- Actimize Developers:
Minimum
5+ years
of relevant hands-on Actimize development experience.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with
Fircosoft
or
Actimize
- Experience in
Sanctions Screening
and
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
domain
- Strong programming experience in
Java
- Good knowledge of
SQL
- Hands-on experience with
Unix/Linux
- Experience in application development, customization, implementation, and production support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience
- Knowledge of payment screening, transaction monitoring, and compliance solutions
- Experience with SDLC and Agile methodology
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and support Fircosoft or Actimize applications.




- Configure and implement AML and Sanctions Screening solutions.
- Develop and maintain Java-based components and backend services.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Work in Unix/Linux environments for deployment, troubleshooting, and application support.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities while following SDLC and Agile best practices.

Eligibility
- Fircosoft:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant Fircosoft development experience is mandatory.
- Actimize:
Minimum
5+ years
of relevant Actimize development experience is mandatory.
- Experience in
AML/Sanctions Screening
