About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and drive end-to-end recruitment for our luxury retail business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury retail hiring, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to attract top-tier talent who embody excellence in customer service, brand representation, and operational performance.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams across retail stores, corporate functions, and leadership positions while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.




- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical competencies, cultural fit, and customer-centric mindset.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive recruitment for retail store operations, corporate offices, and leadership positions.
- Ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality-of-hire metrics.
