Position: Head of Department (HOD) ECE
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Ensure compliance with AICTE, UGC, NBA, and NAAC guidelines.
- Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and faculty development.
- Mentor faculty members and monitor teaching, research, and student outcomes.
- Promote research, publications, funded projects, patents, and industry collaborations.
- Strengthen student placements, internships, and industry interactions.
- Manage departmental budgets, infrastructure, laboratories, and accreditation activities.
- Coordinate admissions, academic audits, and departmental administration.




- Represent the department in academic and administrative meetings.

Eligibility
- Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a relevant specialization.
- Eligibility as per AICTE/UGC norms for the post of Professor/HOD.
- Strong academic, research, and administrative experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in NAAC/NBA accreditation processes.
- Robust research profile with quality publications and funded projects.
- Ability to build industry collaborations and promote innovation.
