Vidysea is building a career discovery and global education platform helping students make better career and study abroad decisions. We partner with schools to bring structured career guidance, global exposure, and outcome-driven counselling to students from Grades 6–12.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly connected and execution-driven School Partnerships Manager who can open doors into schools across Karnataka and build long-term institutional relationships.

This is a frontline growth role where your network, credibility, and ability to close partnerships will directly drive Vidysea’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities

School Partnerships & Sales

* Build and manage relationships with school principals, coordinators, and management

* Drive end-to-end B2B sales (lead → meeting → demo → closure)

* Onboard schools for Vidysea’s career guidance programs

* Generate leads through existing network, referrals, and field outreach

Relationship Management

* Act as the face of Vidysea for partner schools

* Ensure solid engagement with school stakeholders





* Drive repeat programs and referrals

Growth & Strategy

* Identify high-potential schools across Karnataka (CBSE/ICSE/IB/state) and then South India.

* Build a pipeline of 40-60 active schools

* Work closely with seniors on market expansion strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile

* 3–8 years experience in EdTech sales / school partnerships / B2B education sales

* Strong existing network in Schools across Karnataka (Bangalore preferred)

* Proven ability to Close institutional deals (₹5L–₹50L range is a big plus)

* Deep understanding of chool decision-making structure (Principal / Management / Trustees)

Positive to Have Experience

* Career counselling / international education / student programs Background as:

* School coordinator / educator turned business role
