Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Test planning & execution according to Standard (60947 Series)
2. Product Knowledge & testing according to the standard: Contactor, Relay, Starter & MCCB.
3. Lab Management: Maintain test requisition forms, test reports & equipment calibration.
4. Lead & maintain the ISO 17025 accreditation certificate & serve as the technical manager.
5. Independently conduct and supervise critical tests including temperature rise tests, trip/no-trip tests, electrical endurance tests, & magnetic tests.
6. Provide technical guidance and training to the junior team and technicians on laboratory best practices and standard updates.
7. Awareness of QCO testing as per Scheme X.

Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Robust understanding of software testing techniques for electrical systems.
- Experience with lab testing procedures for ensuring quality control purposes.
- Familiarity with ISO standards.
