Purpose

Lead the Packaging construction of responsible project from ES, quality, schedule, cost control perspective. Help the team to hit the final target.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Packaging Project Delivery :
Manage planning, engineering design, construction, commissioning, and execution of packaging system projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and business requirements.
2. Coordinate Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Activities :
Integrate engineering, operations, and construction teams to develop optimized layouts, eliminate construction conflicts, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
3. Act as Key Stakeholder Interface :
Serve as the primary contact for customers,



zone engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities for design reviews, approvals, and project coordination.
4. Manage Contractors and Construction Resources :
Lead contractor qualification, technical bid evaluations, contractor development, contract management, and performance monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Drive Safety, Health & Environmental Excellence :
Ensure full EHS compliance through safety leadership, site inspections, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, incident investigations, contractor safety management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Control Project Scope, Budget & Schedule :
Manage project planning, change control, procurement activities, cost forecasting, expenditure tracking, recovery plans, and progress reporting to achieve project objectives.
7. Support Commissioning & Operational Readiness :
Coordinate startup activities, maintenance plann
