Key Responsibilities
- Provide centralized SAP support across Pan-India locations for PS, MM, SD, and CS modules, ensuring smooth business operations and timely issue resolution.
- Provide support to the division users including new SAP ID creation and resolution of authorization-related issues.
- SAP user access and role management including creation and maintenance of single roles, composite roles, and role assignments in accordance with business and security requirements.
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk analysis and support mitigation activities for authorization conflicts using SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
- Analyze business requirements, coordinate with SAP consultants, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in SAP S/4HANA to ensure successful and timely delivery of business requirements.
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports for senior management, including Order Book Statements and Dashboard data.
- Gather, analyze,



and document business requirements for the development and enhancement of dotnet based web portals and mobile applications.
- Coordinate with technology partners and development teams to implement recent features, enhancements, and process improvements in applications aligned with business objectives and guidelines.
- Conduct first-level UAT testing for web and mobile applications, document observations, coordinate with developers for issues resolution and support deployment activities in the production environment.
- Provide functional support to business users for web and mobile applications, including master data maintenance, user access management, login-related issues etc.
- Preparation of user manuals, SOPs and conduct end-user training sessions to drive effective adoption of business applications.
- Manage and support ongoing maintenance of business applications, compliance with audit requirements and continuous process improvement initiatives.
