What You'll Do
- Design user interfaces for core features?dashboards, evaluation workflows, trace explorers, prompt playgrounds, and experiment comparison views.
- Conduct user research through interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions with customers.
- Create wireframes, prototypes,



and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Develop and maintain a component library and design system for platform consistency.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and PMs to translate designs into production features.
- Analyze user behavior through analytics and heatmaps to identify UX pain points.
- Design information architecture for complex data, making traces, metrics, and comparisons intuitive.

What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Information Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills, including process, research, and outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or similar design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of UX fundamentals, including information architecture, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
