Job Purpose
- Responsible for supporting production and project execution through specialized architectural space design for Modular Operating Rooms, healthcare spaces, detailed CAD drafting, and comprehensive BOQ preparation.
- The position also involves conducting site assessments, ensuring design feasibility, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely Project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural and execution drawings
- Develop BOQ/BOM and technical details
- Work on AutoCAD & Revit (mandatory)
- Catia / SolidWorks (Desirable)
- Coordinate with Project sales team, vendors and suppliers




- Support project execution and scheduling
- Site visit, Supplier visit (Occasionally)
- Ensure quality and documentation compliance

Key Architectural Competencies
- Trained in Revit, latest version
- MS Excel / MS Office know-how
- Architectural layout and internal wall elevations drawings
- Healthcare design projects exposure
- Detail drawings preparation for door, window and wall junction after validating with relevant vendor
- Typically this person needs to have a strong background in designing, Drafting architectural project ,Interior design project and /or construction contractor company
