Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated
Senior Business Development Manager
to join our
Global Industries
team. In this role,



you will be responsible for driving net current sales and revenue growth from existing customer accounts within your assigned vertical. You will join a dynamic team focused on expanding the Iron Mountain footprint through strategic prospecting, networking, and the execution of high-impact account plans.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans by analyzing client business models and value propositions to deliver tailored solutions that meet revenue growth and quota targets.
- Collaborate with Managing Directors, Global Account Managers, and the broader matrix organization to position Iron Mountain’s total solution offerings and lead complex contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, company policies, and ethical standards while maintaining accurate pipeline tracking within Salesforce.com.
