Role & responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Meet potential customers and explain product details
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Follow up on customer inquiries and close sales effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities

Preferred candidate profile
- Any Degree / Diploma (Malayalam Mandatory)
- 1 year and above of sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
