Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage industrial relations with employees, unions, and government agencies to maintain a positive work environment.
- Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and resolve disputes through effective communication.
- Oversee wage settlements, bonuses, and other advantages for employees in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in industrial relations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in the iron & steel industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills for union negotiations and contract talks.
- Ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions.
