- Prepare and verify BOQ, BBS, RA bills, and final bills.
- Take and record site measurements accurately as per actual work executed.
- Prepare running account bills and follow up for certification and approvals.
- Prepare final billing statements with supporting documents.
- Carry out rate analysis for civil construction items.
- Assist in tendering work, including quantity estimation, rate comparison, and commercial support.
- Review drawings, specifications, and site execution records for billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project team, contractors, and accounts department.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, reconciliation statements, and related documentation.
- Handle registrations, documentation, and other construction-related statutory/commercial work as required.




- Support contract reconciliation, extra item claims, variation statements, and escalation claims.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up for payments.
- Visit site whenever required for joint measurements, verification, and project-related coordination.
- Perform any other billing, commercial, or project coordination work assigned by management.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Civil engineering: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
