- Handling Escalations
- Driving and tracking collections
- Preparing customer communication documentation i.e. allotment letter, demand, AFS etc.
- Driving CSAT and NPS
- Weekly and monthly performance presentation & data preview.
- Preparing collection projections,
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should have 4 - 5 years team handling experience and exposure to commercial project.
