Education Qualifications:

BE / B. Tech Electronics / Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics.

Work experience:

Work experience in Industrial Process control related to Power Plant- DCS / PLC / SCADA Automation engineering.

Should have work experience of at least 2-5 years.

Travel:

Related to project meetings at customer office / site as required & Site-specific requirements in case required.

Skills & Competency:

-Power plant knowledge is essential.

-Basic Knowledge in Power Plant Operations (Boilers, Turbines, Generators and BOP Auxiliaries - CHP, Water System, AHP, etc.,)

-Knowledge about Power Plant Process Control and Instrumentation.

-Knowledge on the IO List / IO Database, Field Cable Schedule, MCC Cable Schedule documents understanding / preparation.





-Knowledge in IO signal connectivity between DCS to Field Instrument and with Electrical systems - to understand & prepare Loop drawings.

-Knowledge in DCS Hardware ( Various interface Components ) and also Basic Knowledge in DCS Application Programming (Logic / Loops Generations, etc.,)

-Knowledge in Field Instruments like Transmitters, Control valves, Primary Sensors, etc.,. for Datasheet Preparation.

-Knowledge in Hook-Up Drawing - basics of Impulse pipe, isolation valves, manifolds, fitting, etc., Key Responsibilities:

Customer coordination for CKOM / detailed engineering

Understanding of Customer / EPC Requirements in terms DCS application development. Support to Group Manager in terms of techno-commercial matters.

Work includes Yokogawa DCS Basic & Detailed Design, Implementation of Controls applications, Testing, conducting Pre-FAT / FAT and start-up support remotely

Report to Lead Engineer / Group Manager on work progress and necessary coordinationJob Title:
