Architect Annie is a design-led architecture practice with expertise in residential architecture, luxury interiors, and design-focused project execution. As our design team grows, we are looking for an experienced execution qualified who can bridge the gap between design and construction, ensuring projects are delivered to the expected quality, timeline, and design intent.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead on-ground project coordination across residential interiors, villas, residential construction projects, renovations, and commercial projects. This role will act as the firm's primary execution representative on site, coordinating contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients while ensuring that construction and interior works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Quality Control:
- Conduct regular site visits across active projects.
- Review work executed against approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship quality across civil,
interior, MEP and finishing works.
- Identify errors, deviations and quality concerns.
- Prepare snag lists and track closure of observations.
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
Contractor & Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors across project disciplines.
- Resolve day-to-day execution issues.
- Monitor contractor performance and progress.
- Coordinate procurement and material delivery schedules.
Project Monitoring:
- Track project schedules and critical milestones.
- Conduct progress reviews and site meetings.
- Maintain site reports and progress updates.
- Escalate delays, risks and coordination issues.
Design Coordination:
- Serve as the execution interface between the design team and site teams.
- Seek clarification on drawings where required.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are available on site.
