The role

The immediate goal of the role will be to ensure all MDM technologies,



processes and roles are able to deliver MDM Finance operations seamlessly post transition from Unilever.

Currently Ice cream MDM Product activities are executed by UL team, and Ice cream is one of the many businesses they support. We are expected to start running our MDM processes from 1st Nov’26 onwards (for 3 markets) and then execute for all markets in phases while we get to BAU with all markets, middle of 2027. We are changing our entire tool to MDG and processes are being built which is specific to TMICC. There are MDM roles with various partner organizations currently executing the activities for UL – post TSA, the roles will move to us, but their will be shifting of partner organizations and hand overs associated.

Till end of 2027, this role will be ensuring that MDM processes run and there is no drop in business user satisfaction (it should be the same as they were before in UL).

Post set up, this role will oversee continuous improvement
