Social Media & Video Editing Trainee
who is passionate about creating engaging content for digital platforms. If you're always on top of the latest Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, viral trends, and social media updates, this role is for you.
This is a
2-month paid training program
, where you'll receive hands-on experience working with a fast-growing D2C fitness brand. Based on your performance during the training period, you may be offered a
full-time position
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and assist with content publishing across:
- Instagram
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- Reddit
- Pinterest
Edit engaging videos for:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- YouTube Videos
- Social media advertisements
Create thumbnails, short-form content, and basic motion graphics.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, memes, and platform updates.
Identify trending audio, hashtags,
and content ideas relevant to the fitness and nutrition industry.
Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to execute the content calendar.
Write engaging captions and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
Monitor comments and community engagement when required.
Track content performance and suggest improvements.
Research competitors and recommend creative content ideas.
Required Skills
- 0–6 months of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, or Video Editing.
- Good understanding of:
- Instagram
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- Reddit
- Pinterest
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop is a plus.
- Robust knowledge of current social media trends and viral content.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
