Role Description

This is a full time role for a GTM Intern at Team Counsel. The GTM Intern will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, assisting in business development initiatives, conducting market research, and contributing to outreach and growth campaigns. The role involves working closely with the leadership team on positioning, partnerships, and expansion efforts across geographies. The selected candidate will work on Team Counsel’s India and US growth initiatives, focusing on building scalable GTM motions for the firm’s services.

*• This is a full-time internship role.*

*• In the future, the candidate may be required to work from Bangalore or visit Bangalore as and when needed.*

*• Preference will be given to candidates based in Bangalore.*

Qualifications & Skills

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience from a business, management, marketing,



engineering or related background.

• Strong interest in startup ecosystems, GTM strategy, and growth operations.

• Ability to assist in building and executing GTM strategies across India and the US markets.

• Comfort with business development, lead generation, and outreach activities.

• Good research and analytical skills for market mapping.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently while meeting timelines and deliverables.

• Professionalism, ownership mindset, and a willingness to learn quickly.

• Prior exposure to startups, sales, marketing, or consulting projects will be an added advantage.
