Accounting & Bookkeeping

· Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.

· Book purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers accurately.

· Perform ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

GST Compliance

· Ensure accurate application of GST provisions on all transactions.

· Prepare and reconcile GST data for filing returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns).

· Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) with supplier data and GST portal records.

· Maintain GST documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

· Coordinate during GST audits and respond to notices, if required.

Tally Operations

· Maintain company masters, ledgers, stock items, and GST configurations in Tally.

· Ensure accurate voucher booking with appropriate GST classifications.

· Perform data verification, backups, and periodic data maintenance.

· Support migration and implementation activities in Tally,



where applicable.

Report Generation

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

· Prepare financial reports, including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and ledger reports.

· Generate GST reconciliation reports, outstanding receivables/payables reports, and expense analysis.

· Assist management with financial analysis and decision-support reports.

Compliance & Controls

· Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.

· Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.

· Assist in internal and external audits.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
