Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across the organization. This full-time, in office position in Coimbatore involves coordinating interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role includes partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements,



drafting and posting job descriptions, and using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract talent. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also maintain recruitment data and reports, support employer branding initiatives, and help refine hiring processes to ensure timely and high-quality talent acquisition.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, demonstrating effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using ATS or recruitment software, job boards, and professional networking platforms for talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present opportunities clearly and professionally.
