- We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and detailed construction/interior layouts.
- The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of converting design concepts into accurate working drawings for execution.
- Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop architectural and interior drawings based on design concepts and client requirements.
- Revise drawings according to project changes and site conditions.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, site supervisors, and project managers.
- Prepare furniture, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, and detailed execution drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and dimensions.
- Maintain organized drawing records and project documentation.




- Assist in preparing BOQs, material layouts, and measurement drawings when required.
- Visit project sites for measurements and drawing verification, if needed.
- Support the project team throughout the design and execution process.
- Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior construction drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong time management and ability to work on multiple projects.
