Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and performance-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead, mentor,



and inspire a team of Portfolio Advisors and Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should possess a solid sales leadership background, a passion for coaching teams, and the ability to consistently achieve ambitious business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Portfolio Advisors/Sales Executives to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance feedback.
- Drive lead conversion by ensuring disciplined CRM management and structured follow-up processes.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance analysis.
- Support team members during client meetings and property site visits to maximize closures.
