Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Defence business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and hiring skilled professionals across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, corporate, and support functions. Experience in manufacturing or engineering recruitment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, consultants, and social media.




- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with stakeholders.
- Negotiate salary, prepare offer letters, and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance ratio.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for engineering and manufacturing roles.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate pre-employment verification, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring programs.
- Maintain recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRMIS.
