Talent Acquisition Manager
who can build a world-class recruiting engine—not just fill positions.

Your Mission
- Build solid talent pipelines for engineering and leadership hiring.
- Lead and coach a high-performing recruitment team.
- Partner with business leaders to solve hiring challenges.
- Drive innovative sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, social media and other creative channels.
- Use market intelligence and hiring analytics to influence recruitment decisions.
- Strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience.
- Continuously improve hiring velocity, quality and recruiter productivity.
