Business Development Fresher
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various platforms .
- Communicate with potential clients and explain company services
- Support in sales activities and business development strategies
- Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM tools
- Coordinate for meetings and follow-ups with clients
- Work closely with the internal team to achieve business targets
Required Skills
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence with good convincing ability
- Basic understanding of sales/business development
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle calls and client interactions professionally
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, BCom, or any graduate)
- MBA (Marketing) – Preferred
