We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Data Entry & Data Research Executives. The role involves data collection, online research, data verification, database management, and providing administrative support to the HR team during recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases.
- Conduct online research to gather business and candidate information.
- Verify data through phone calls, emails, and online sources.
- Update, organise, and maintain reports in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support the HR team in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Make verification calls to validate candidate/contact information.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Assist in generating periodic recruitment and data reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Internet Research.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to make skilled verification and follow-up calls.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
