Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in performance testing and engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Apache JMeter, Sitespeed/Lighthouse, and a solid understanding of web architectures. This role demands a proactive individual with an ownership mindset towards quality and production stability.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for conducting performance testing and analysis on high-traffic, high-concurrency systems. They will also be expected to communicate performance findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
- Hands-on experience in Sitespeed/Lighthouse
- Solid understanding of HTTP / REST APIs / Web architectures
- Experience with APM and monitoring tools (Grafana, AppDynamics, CloudWatch,



etc.)
- Robust skills in test result analysis and root cause identification
- Experience testing high-traffic, high-concurrency systems

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with Artillery performance testing tool
- Hands-on experience with Playwright
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS / Azure)
- Exposure to distributed systems and microservices
- Experience testing eCommerce platforms is a strong plus
