About the Role

This is not simply a site supervision role.

We are looking for a passionate
Junior Civil Engineer
who wants to build projects that directly benefit communities. Working under the guidance of the
Senior Civil Engineer
, you will assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering multiple civil construction projects across SSDS initiatives.

From schools and healthcare facilities to institutional buildings and community development projects, you will gain hands-on exposure to the complete project lifecycle—from drawings and estimation to execution, quality control, billing, and project handover.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to develop robust technical and project management capabilities while working on meaningful infrastructure projects.
