Roles and Responsibilities
- Review medical records, reports, and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Edit transcripts to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of errors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in medical transcription editing or a related field (medical writing, medical summarization).
- Robust understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
- Checking discharged patient files to ensure all paperwork, signatures, and reports are complete before permanent archiving
- Organizing, filing, and retrieving patient records (both physical and digital) so they are immediately accessible to doctors and nurses
