To prepare legal loan documents for SBA loans and other Special Purpose Credit Loans
Role & responsibilities
- Understanding property appraisal reports and having experience in Mortgage Lending, Real Estate Valuation & CRE Report team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiar with bilateral and syndicated loan. Understanding of collateral and related documentation.
- Understanding of end-to-end credit life cycle, familiar with basic terminology and concepts of loans. Understanding of Appraisal Ordering process and application would be added advantage.
- Work as an Analyst/QC for the purpose of team, train junior employees work and perform quality checks for the work performed by the employees. the same.
- Provide data and prepare PPT and meeting notes, helping to manage stakeholders. Excellent communication skills.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable understanding of Appraisal Ordering process and applications used in the process like RIMS, LightBox etc.
