We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing global SaaS team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience selling HR Software, HRMS, Payroll, Attendance Management, Recruitment Software, or related SaaS solutions.

You will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, understanding their HR and business requirements, conducting product demonstrations, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team in closing deals across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels.
- Understand customer HR processes, business challenges, and software requirements.
- Conduct engaging online and in-person product demonstrations.
- Present the value proposition of the HR software and address customer queries effectively.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and nurture them throughout the sales cycle.




- Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Success teams for smooth lead handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, demos, and conversions.
- Stay updated on HR technology trends, AI-powered HR solutions, and competitor offerings.

Mandatory Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS Sales or Pre-Sales.
- Prior experience selling HR Software / HRMS solutions is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of HR processes including Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Employee Lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience conducting online demos using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Freshsales, or similar.
