Role Description
The Lead Content Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for defining and leading content strategy across branding, advertising, digital, and audio initiatives, ensuring that brand messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audience and market research, mapping content to customer journeys,



planning editorial calendars, and collaborating with design, marketing, and account teams to produce high-impact content. The Lead Content Strategist will oversee content development and management for web, social media, campaigns, and podcasts, review and optimize existing content, and use performance data to refine strategies. This role also involves mentoring content team members, establishing content guidelines and workflows, and contributing to pitches and presentations for new and existing clients.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, govern, and optimize multi-channel brand content.
- Candidates should possess Content Development and Writing skills to create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned materials for various formats.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to develop user-focused, SEO-aware content
