Role Description:
This is a full time Onsite/ Remote role for a Business Development Manager at Growthkul™. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients,



and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and industry research, developing tailored proposals and presentations, coordinating with creative and strategy teams to align solutions with client needs, and maintaining a structured pipeline using CRM tools. The role also involves negotiating contracts, tracking key performance metrics, providing feedback to internal teams on market trends, and representing Growthkul™ in virtual meetings, pitches, and partner conversations.
