Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Kurnool region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in Kurnool.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
* Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to upper management.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales force.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the Kurnool market and local business landscape.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
