Role Description
The E-Commerce role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting and optimizing the company’s online sales channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing product listings, updating pricing and promotions, and ensuring accurate and engaging content across e-commerce platforms. The role involves monitoring website performance and sales data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to increase conversions and enhance the customer journey.



This position also handles customer inquiries related to online orders, collaborates with sales and marketing teams on campaigns, and coordinates with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
