Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and business growth through cutting-edge digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner.

Content Strategy
- Develop monthly and quarterly social media content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create content calendars for multiple brands and campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.




- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.

Content Creation
- Write compelling captions, scripts, blogs, and marketing copy.
- Conceptualize and create engaging reels, videos, carousels, graphics, and static posts.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and editors to produce high-quality content.
- Cover events, product launches, and promotional campaigns through social media content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, objectives, and target audience.

Campaign Management
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, festivals, events, and promotions.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.
- Support paid advertising campaigns by providing creative concepts and content.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track key social media metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversio
