Role Description
The Senior Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chakan, responsible for ensuring reliable operation of plant equipment and machinery.



This position involves planning and executing maintenance activities, diagnosing equipment issues, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. The Senior Maintenance Engineer will collaborate closely with production, quality, and safety teams to prioritize maintenance tasks, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with relevant standards and procedures. Daily responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, supervising maintenance technicians, managing maintenance documentation, and optimizing maintenance schedules and spare parts usage. The role also requires participation in root cause analyses, supporting new equipment installations, and providing technical guidance to enhance overall plant efficiency and reliability.
