To support the Buying team by ensuring productive vendor coordination, sample management, and operational reporting for smooth execution of buying activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve operational issues.
- Manage the receipt, tracking, documentation, and movement of product samples.
- Maintain accurate sample records and lifecycle tracking.
- Prepare and maintain BATH (Business Analytics, Tracking & Handling) reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support buying operations.

Education & professional skillset
:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP will be an added advantage
Desired experience:
1–3 years of experience in Buying Operations, Merchandising Support, or Retail Operations.
