Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement of pharma packaging materials (Foils, PVC/PVDC, Bottles, Caps, Cartons, Labels, Leaflets, Tubes, etc.).
- Develop sourcing strategies and manage vendor development & qualification.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and annual rate agreements.
- Ensure timely material availability to support production.
- Drive cost optimization and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, USFDA, WHO-GMP, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Planning, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
- Lead the packaging procurement team and prepare procurement MIS & budgets.

Desired Profile:
- 17+ years of experience in
Packaging Purchase
within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Robust expertise in primary & secondary packaging materials.
- Proven experience in vendor management, commercial negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
