*Role Overview:* As a Consultant in Instructional Design,



you will design and develop transformative learning experiences that meet role-based and systems training needs. Utilizing your expertise in adult learning principles and up-to-date rapid training development tools, such as Articulate Storyline, SAP Enable Now and WalkMe you will create learning pathways that empower learners to gain essential skills and knowledge seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
- *Learning Needs Analysis:* Conduct in-depth analyses to develop robust training curricula that align with organizational objectives and meet the needs of diverse learners.
- *Implementation:* Has implemented the following in Articulate Storyline for clients:
- Created an e-learning course on Storyline
- Exported the course as a Scorm Package
- Managed and updated old courses
- *Course Development:* Design and develop role-based training using a blended learning approach (WBT, ILT, VILT, etc.) to provide comprehensive learning experience.
