We are looking for a skilled Desktop Field Engineer with expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting to support our various clients in office. Own vehicle is mandatory for this role.Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.Install and configure printers, including network printers.Perform Active Directory tasks (user account creation, password reset, etc.).Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook.Create and deploy Windows 10/11 images.Set up domains and manage integration. Proficiency in Windows 10/11 imaging and deployment. Expertise in Outlook configuration and domain setup.
