As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily workflows, guide analysts and editors, and ensure performance, accuracy, and productivity goals are achieved. You will play a key role in improving processes, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining high content standards. Working closely with managers and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help align team activities with broader business objectives. - Lead and manage a team of 10-15 analysts or editors, providing coaching, guidance, and support to build a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily team activities to ensure efficient execution of transcript creation, editing, and quality processes.
- Set clear performance expectations, establish goals, and ensure team members have the resources and training needed to succeed.
- Monitor productivity, turnaround times, and content quality while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide regular feedback, recognize achievements, and support team members in addressing performance improvement areas.
- Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues, conflicts, and challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
