We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HCM Functional professional with expertise in ADP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Capital Management and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and implement HR processes, including recruitment, employee data management, and advantages administration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation of HR processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to employees on HR systems and processes.
- Analyze and resolve complex HR-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements




- Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management principles and practices.
- Experience with ADP software is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
