Key Responsibilities for Vendor Managers Professionals
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors based on quality, cost, delivery performance,



and business requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and commercial terms with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, operations, finance, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to maintain operational excellence.
- Resolve vendor-related issues, disputes, and performance concerns while maintaining strong business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and procurement standards.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
