About the Role

Rama University is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen its in-house digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO, with a strong track record of planning and executing high-performance digital campaigns.

Candidates with prior experience in the Hospital or EdTech industry will be preferred. Local candidates from Kanpur or nearby locations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.




- Work closely with the admissions, hospital, and branding teams to generate quality leads.
- Optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
