Role Description
The Team Lead role at TRANSPLACE SOLUTIONS is a full time, on-site position based in Mohpa. The Team Lead will oversee daily operational activities, coordinate workflow, and ensure that service levels and performance targets are met for the partner company. This role involves assigning and monitoring tasks, guiding team members, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.



The Team Lead will communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and the partner company, escalate concerns when necessary, and support continuous process improvement. The position also requires mentoring staff, supporting training efforts, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented work environment.
