Prepare, verify, and submit progress bills, milestone bills, and final bills as

per contract terms and project milestones.

2. Review project agreements, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and contract

documents to ensure accurate billing.

3. Coordinate with project execution teams for the correct measurement of

work executed, material consumption, and manpower usage.

4. Maintain billing records including measurement sheets, payment

certificates, invoices, and supporting documents.

5. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve billing

queries and discrepancies.

6. Reconcile billing with actual project progress and material/consumption

records to ensure accurate financial reporting.

7. Monitor payment schedules, advances, retention amounts, and pending

dues, and escalate delays.

8. Assist in audits and financial inspections related to project billing.

9. Prepare monthly billing reports and share updates with the Project

Manager and Accounts Department.

10.Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and

statutory regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
